    i
* Only Fresh, Raw,, Unprocessed Foods provide the Best
  Most Nutritious, Bioavailable Building Blocks
   for the high needs of the Body.

* Where there is Serious Illness, Nutrition is the
   Ammunition of the Body to Fight the Invasive Enemy.

* My Personal Motto is:
   If it is not edible Raw, best leave it alone.
   If i still consider some nutritional or therapeutic benefit
   or just desire it as part of still harmless food
   then steam it lightly and only have it occasionally.


So, even though i was already a Vegetarian and on a highly Healthy Diet
practically never eating any of the ordinary line of foods
such as Cakes, Chocolates, Sweets, Pies, Sauces,
or any Spices or Artificial Ingredients
i still decided to make further changes and 

Eliminate :

* All Useless ‘Homemade’  ‘Healthy’ - by my until then standards- Foods
    such as Homemade –made at home, by me with carefully selected natural     ingredients:
    Pizza, Pies, Cakes, Cookies, Breads, Fancy Sandwiches, Sauces, etc, etc.

   Gradually and as i was researching good and bad qualities as well as observing
   effects on me and my lung, i also eliminated

* All Commercial considered ‘Healthy’ Foods
   such as
   ‘Wholemeal’ Cereals, Nut Pastes as in Tahini, Almond etc

* All Wheat and Gluten products
   (After repeated confirmations of negative effect on my Lungs
    such as increased mucous production and a strange tingling sensation
    as if something was nibbling holes inside my chest –not sure how to interpret
    this symptom i still get it after i eat unshelled nuts and suspect possible reaction
    to pesticide spraying but unable to this day to confirm)

* All Legumes
   Due to their indigestibility and high acidity
   hardly ever ate them before so they were not missed.

* Soy Milk Products
   For some six to nine month period we introduced Soy Milk Powder 
   without additives but had to give up after both my husband and I 
    had a bout of Skin Cancers flaring up-two to three per month for him
   and three during the entire period for me. 
   I also experienced strong needle shooting pains in the underarm glands
   and into the breast area.
   All stopped soon after we discontinued.

* Most Dairy Products
   Milk, and different types of Cheese

  Except for  Yoghurt which i decided it was preferable to make my own
  and Goat Milk that i could tolerate well without problems.
 
  Eventually i had to give up those two unwillingly when my kidneys 
  were not able to handle even them anymore  as detailed in my Entry
   (See Segment: Side Effects just before Termination of Medication)  

    One Strict Rule i have established since quite some time back:

   I Never eat Anything prepared Outside our home of my Own Selection 
   and by my Own Hands so that i know How something was prepared 
   and  What it contains.
  By this i do not mean packaged dried foods, such as walnuts, figs etc
  but like Canned foods or ready cooked/baked packaged foods 
  or ‘Take-Aways’ etc.

   One may ask “How Have You then Survived and for So Long?”

   Well the answer is Clear and Simple:


 Eat with NUTRITION, IMMUNITY and SUSTNACE in mind

within the Perimeters and  Limitations of Allergies and Intolerances present.

Never based on what tastes nice if the food does not give me the Best needed.



  Some, but not all of the Natural Foods i was forced to give up because of 
  the developed intolerances,  i have recently re-introduced 
  and currently i am on the Best Diet that can be achieved under the circumstances 



    Generally i Eat between 95 -100% FRESH, RAW, UNPROCESSED FOODS,

    95% of the time  - and a very Large Proportion of them are FRESH FRUITS  

    we usually buy in bulk quantities.

    

    Some of my Favourite regular fruits often constituting two of the three daily meals

    are:

    Bananas, Papaya, Avocado, Grapes, Cherries, Strawberries, Rock Melon   

    I also highly Indulge in Nutrient Rich Mangoes during their three month season
    each year

   

    Among the Veggies some i favour most

    Raw: Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Capsicum, Zucchini, Mushroom, Beetroot
    Bean and Alfalfa Sprouts, Baby Spinach and some Salad Green mixes
    i do not know the names of

    Less often

    Lightly Steamed: Broccoli, Zucchinis, Beetroot, Cauliflower, Green Beans,
    Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Pumpkin and sometimes Sweet Potato
    (Purple, Orange and White variety)

   A Small amount of Nuts -in the shells- such as Pecans, Walnuts, Macadamias
   and Raw Sesame, Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds.

    My Diet is 100% OIL / FAT  FREE 
    (As in all Meat or Bottled Vegetable Oils whether Raw or Cooked)

    My Fat Supply comes from Natural Sources, such as Avocados, 3-4 per Day
    and a small quantity of either Nuts or Seeds (Raw and Unsalted)
  
   Recently i was delighted to discover i could re-introduce a Fat Free Yoghurt
   in my Diet providing me with a good amount of high quality Protein, Calcium
   as well as plenty of Friendly Acidophilus Bacteria!
