Natural Alternative to Oxygen

(Dec 12)

                   * Natural Alternative to Oxygen *

It has now been a Full Year since i was Forced to give up
my daily Swimming exercises due to lower than the body
pool temperatures causing me spontaneous bleeds.

This has made a tremendous difference of a very fast decline
-much faster than i anticipated- that has proved rapidly detrimental
not only to my Lungs but my entire condition in every level
other than the mental.
I have a perpetually active mind which has not been affected yet
despite the general excruciatingly lethargic state of the rest of my body.

I have now great difficulty breathing
i can feel my lungs have collapsed
i have experienced very heavy bleeding
and i am incredibly weak - practically unable to support my body
standing up for more than a few minutes

I cannot go out alone any more, neither if even driven to a destination.

Everything seems to be a great effort and i do not have any strength
to do the most menial tasks and need to be seated down most of the time.

It all equates to lack of Energy due to lack of Oxygen.

At this point it would be useful to buy or hire an Oxygen tank
or enlist at the Local Hospital for timed treatments.

I am though simply not interested any more to keep up the fight...
I do not care for any improvement that can only temporarily prolong
the obvious and unavoidable downward slide.

This by all means may appear to be the wrong attitude
but i am fighting on a parallel to A TB the evil effects of a menacing
Malassezia Yeast caused by the long term antibiotics and a fragile
immune system and which requires rigorous daily maintenance
trying to keep it down to manageable levels,
making life way much harder than A-TB itself.

Every day is a struggle and a trial of constant effort
doing the slightest little thing through constant foggy lethargy,
fatigue and effort to keep my eyes open
with nowhere to relax this body comfortably and adequately
day or night both due to the TB but even more so the ever active Malassezia.

I have stopped the survival fight and i am just willingly biding my time
until it is all finished but while still here i am  trying to enjoy
with all my might anything pleasant that may come my way
either by family efforts and care, circumstance or luck.
My man does everything he can to provide me with anything i need
comforting support and anything that can give me pleasure.

It is now Summer time here
and there is an abundance of Fresh Fruit at the Markets
such as  Bananas, Mangoes, Cherries, Grapes, Strawberries etc.

My precious man arrived from the Sunday Markets
bringing additionally to the usual fortnightly Box of Bananas,
a Box of Large delicious Mangoes and a generous 5 kg Box of Cherries!

These are my usual daily foods but in more moderate quantities
due to seasonal availability and price, but recently due to this rich
blessed season i have been indulging like there is no tomorrow
because i know and strongly wish this might be my last summer
and last chance to enjoy near unrestrained quantities and pleasure
as there are only very few pleasures i could indulgence in
so, if it goes down and gets processed easily, this is all that matters!
Every inch of my body loves it and benefits greatly and so do I...

Within this Fortunate Chance there was a small
             but Significant Discovery
which while i was Well and Stronger than i am currently
was not as noticeable nor appreciated enough:

Trivial and easily dismissable when in a better state of health
but of paramount importance if hanging from a very weak fragile twig
of a steadily rotting branch:

                              Natural Fresh Fruit Sugar
Floods the Body Not only with Valuable Nutrients
but Also with a Fairly Long Lasting Burst
                         of Desperately Needed Energy
                             so dramatically missing
due to lack of Oxygen Supply!...

Simple but so True and Effective
so much so that the Effect of One
masks the lack of the Other !...

This can be verified easily by consuming a substantial amount of fruit
and observe the effects while the natural sugar and electrolytes
supplying the energy - then refrain for two or three meals
and observe the return to the usual lethargic catatonic state.

Of course a similar effect is experienced by people consuming
other types of sugars or temporary stimulants –usually harmful–
which apart from the fact that they tax the body with their processing
are robbing it from the absorption and availability of other needed nutrients
and also have an abrupt cut off effect due to insulin rash to wipe out
of the blood any harmful excess.

Much like someone is offered a substantial Loan for a significant purchase
- only to be faced with very high interest repayments that result in accumulation
of debt as well as possible loss of the initial purchase.

It is not a real substitute for Oxygen as such
but at this stage it is the healthiest alternative to providing
                                ENERGY!
Energy to do some daily tasks without being totally breathless or lifeless

As a person with TB i can only see and value One choice:

              Anything that is Naturally Beneficial...

No doubt Fruit is very costly but considering that we do not consume
any artificial foods such as chocolates, cookies, colas, alcohol, cigarettes
teas, coffee, pizza, cakes, pastries and all sorts of other sweet or savoury
foods or stimulants, it leaves a lot of available money to spend on

Life Giving Fresh Fruit and Vegetables...

One more thing i want to bring to attention once more
is the great Effectiveness of Acidophilus Capsules
stopping light or heavy haemorrhaging of the Lungs
in relatively short period of time.

And the Friendly Bacteria an Absolute Must!
